i think as a transgender journalist, it's acceptable and makes sense for me to ask this

My first professional acting job was in an off-Broadway play with Diane Keaton in 1976. I worked with her again when she directed an episode of China Beach. She was smart, kind, funny and very, very talented. What a loss.

Honestly I don't think the average racist in my country thinks that deeply on the matter. Most of what I've seen is from those with this attitude are anti-immigration types. Or at least the conversation doesn't involve those from north of Ireland too much in my experience.
