Oh good, I still have this from the Heretic & Hexen CD bundle I bought years ago. There's got to be one or two good ons among "over 1500 new levels" right?
It's like seeing an old friend, isn't it?
I love stealth games because they let me live out the fantasy of crouching on the ground without feeling like my knees are on fire

Is there any audience for an RPG presented through the classic Win32 Multiple Document Interface?
And another "normal enemy but you're tiny" fight. This one's much harder, but still pretty damn cool.
Woah, I entirely forgot that the fourth dungeon has you getting the boss key as one of the first things... actually starting the fight is the thing. THIS is how you play with an existing formula.
Presumably hotbar slots will be bound to the number row as well, so a "select last used" key might be useful. (It would be nigh useless if you're hot-cycling with the wheel, but I can't think of a way to address that without making cycling less responsive.)
Terraria works like this, it can be a little annoying switching between tool/block but that's where the smart cursor really shines. Hold a key down and you can slap an individual block out of the way without manually swapping what you're holding.
wait is that not what the foul-smelling substance was
Really enjoying challenge run videos for games I would have no interest in playing myself. Not necessarily speedruns, tho those can be pretty wild too. 20 year old games and they're still discovering new glitches and quirks.
I read this as-is before realizing it was a template. It somehow works tho.
