I just cooked a bunch of cabbage in bacon fat, added some soy sauce, rice vinegar, msg, garlic, and a couple handfuls of spinach for da vitamins. Eatin it with hot sauce and avocado chunks. Tasty as fuck.

I used my new instant pot for the first time tonight and made a metric fuck ton of soup. I loved my old pressure cooker (and was just used to it) so I was nervous about using a new one, but boy howdy it got the job done! I love soup. :3

I hope that people are able to find any small comfort in whatever way they can today, and are able to just take a day to rest. Remember to tell people you love them, and protect and support vulnerable peoples as much as you are able, we all need to be there for each other as much as we can. 😔
