D4 Palate: Oof, sweet peat. Smoked peppered mackerel. Its a harbour side dram watching the lobster creels being landed, salt in the air, seaweed on the ropes and wet wood of the pier.....Overlooking Indaal if you please !

D4 Palate: Oof, sweet peat. Smoked peppered mackerel. Its a harbour side dram watching the lobster creels being landed, salt in the air, seaweed on the ropes and wet wood of the pier.....Overlooking Indaal if you please !

D3: Rich Dundee cake or a clootie dumpling. So much booze soaked mixed dried fruit to fail a breath test. Bitterness towards the finish but its countered by the figs making a return.....

D1 Palate. So much wet peat, feisty and fiery with it. Added a drop of water to calm it down revealing again the pineapple but now with lemons added. The peat edging through and dominating things once more at the finish. Sweeter than heaven, hot as hell #BlindDrams.
