This year's #TrusteesWeek feels more important than ever to celebrate the contributions of our Board of Trustees.

We'll be learning more about why they do what they do throughout the week, but in the meantime, we'd just like to say 'thank you' for everything you do!
We've been busy this October! Last week, we attended the Safer Newport Conference, alongside representatives from a range of sectors.

The conference provided an opportunity to discuss the challenges facing our communities, and how we can work collectively to make them safer.

We are delighted to be working in collaboration with @SwanseabayNHS and Police Collaboration Wales to run the Paediatric Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC). Our Crisis Workers will be working alongside Swansea Bay and @nurture_ltd.

"Being able to share that moment with my family and with my fellow students, who I truly believe are now friends for life, was a gift I will always treasure. Being able to have photos taken in the cap and gown was a lovely touch. I never imagined I’d get to have that moment".
Here's what some of our graduates had to say:

"Thank you so much for organising such a beautiful, moving graduation day. It was, without a doubt, one of the most joyful days of my life. There’s something about that building [...] that never fails to put me at ease".
On October 4th, we held our first graduation in Rothbury House for our Level 4 and 5 Counselling Diploma students.

They have been a fabulous cohort to teach and we can't wait to hear about what they do next - some are even staying at New Pathways!

Today we've been at the South Wales Police & Crime Commissioner's launch of their Children & Young People's Police, Crime & Justice Plan.

It's been a really insightful event and we're looking forward to seeing what's next. Well done!
