Yeah. I’m surprised the “for you” feed on twitter gave me more stuff I was actually interested in lol. (Compared to here)
I don’t have much time to sift through every artist. It just feels like there’s also less hobbyist stuff in general. My issue is just the vibe kinda feels samey on occasion.

I’ve seen the opposite kinda happen here. I see a lot of my peers and friends post nsfw freely and gaining lots of traction. While others struggle with sfw. My stuff here is very middling here compared to twitter. Barely reaching 1-2k.

Meanwhile twitter my saucy work does worse than my SFW lol.

Yeah that’s true. I don’t pay much mind to it since I use it just for my own art and lookin at friend’s stuff. BUT I noticed that more and more stipulations are added lol. Almost like they’re testing users on how much they can put up with.

But I dunno. I also feel like this site is a little homogenous. I like seeing different stuff.

I know that my friends who’re more open about who they are feel very comfortable here.

I’m curious to what artists who went ballsdeep into this site think of the dramatically different user base. The cost of using sites like twitter and instagram is some rancid comments and ragebait.

But I usually filter that or don’t even pay attention since I’m not that social. 2/2

I noticed NSFWish artwork and political takes tend trend here more than SFW.

My stuff here had some meaningful interactions. But it’s an actual fraction compared to my twitter/socials. A recent doodle posted at 3 am even got 20k over night.
Not complaining since clout isn’t important to me. But 1/2

Hearing Melancholy Hill play on insurance ads kinda bums me out. It’s popular now but it wasn’t popular enough back then. At least not enough to have Rhinstone Eyes fully animated.
