My office secured the conviction of a former Nassau County nursing home aide for his despicable crime of sexually assaulting two disabled residents under his care. 

I won't allow anyone to mistreat or take advantage of New York nursing home residents.

I'm demanding the USDA to fix its confusing and incorrect SNAP guidance that puts vulnerable people at risk of losing the food they need.

Refugees and immigrants who obtained legal status shouldn't lose access to SNAP because the federal government misread its law.

It should not take a court order to know that feeding kids is the right thing to do, yet the federal government continues its cruel effort to cut off food assistance.
