5 days ago, got a refund request due to slow loading issues.
Instead of just processing it, I replied: "Before the refund, can we chat? I want to understand what's wrong. Might even find a quick fix for you."
We talked. Understood the problem. Fixed it.
Customer stayed. 💪

Today we're at 10.

1/ Marketing is crucial. Spent 1-2h daily on social media:
• Daily TikTok posts (memes + product videos)
• Reddit: Focus on value, not promotion
Average: 200-300 views/post
