September 21st marks the International Day of Peace.

There can’t be climate justice without human rights and peace.

NHNA and many other individuals and groups will continue to advocate for climate justice, a just transition, and a fossil fuel-free future in Ireland and around the world.

New data centre secures planning permission in Dublin, absurdly arguing that being powered mainly by on-site gas turbines means it will “play a part in Ireland’s decarbonisation strategy” - it’s the most deceitful yet common argument thrown out there.

Nice FT citing Ireland, where data centre power demand has massively outpaced clean power growth - meaning increased burning of fossil fuels

You can't rely on an assumption of infinite, exponential, unstoppable renewable energy to excuse data centre expansionism.
