My muse finally decided it wanted to start writing again. Working on Chapter 4 of Hibachi Love.

I'm having second hand anxiety while writing this part even through I haven't had to cram for exams in a very long time.
WIP for Chapter 4 of Hibachi Love The owl checked his phone and realized that the season finale of Hella-Novela would be on soon. That was exactly what he needed to give himself a mental break! However, right when Stolas was flipping his TV to the correct channel, his stomach growled at him. The bird growled back at the treacherous organ. With all his worrying and studying, he had probably been skipping meals again. And, since he was in study mode, he hadn’t made an appearance at Uncommon Grounds in a few days. He opened his fridge and found it depressingly empty. He went to his shelves and started rooting around for snack food. After putting aside a couple of options as “not season finale appropriate,” he was delighted to discover that he had a bag of microwave popcorn. He checked the cooking instructions: 2 ½ minutes. He checked the clock: 4 minutes until the show started. Stolas could do this real fast. Stolas practically flew to the common kitchen of the dormitory. He unwrapped the popcorn bag and tossed it into the microwave. He pressed the “popcorn” button and began his vigil. And then, he began to scroll on his phone.

So after reading the latest chapter of under the boughs unbowed by @caitsoprano.bsky.social I ended up with a mental image I couldn't shake of Stolas hamming up an injury. This has nothing to do with the fic just the emotional whiplash of the previous chapter.

(I still recommend reading)

I made another picture of characters from Helluva Boss acting out scenes from The Producers (2005).

This time it is Piamon as Hold Me, Touch Me and Cash as Max. Because this line works so well with these characters.

Gah! My coworkers just discovered ChatGPT to help them compose emails and I'm trying so hard to nip that in the bud. They are mostly just using it to polish up emails they have already written, but it is such a slippery slope.

I wrote a fic for the upcoming Valentine's exchange.

I just really want to share a spoiler free part that has me tickled.

I can't wait to release it in full. I wrote it to be fluffy and funny.

I made the mistake of showing my kids "The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances" episodes from Doctor Who.

My youngest can pitch his voice just like the child in the episode. He kept trying to freak me out.

Also, he can laugh like a gremlin.

I am still stuck at home with the kids. We didn't get a lot of snow, but the ice is not melting fast enough, so our school district is still closed.

Doing WFH and with my personal computer isn't fun. And being a temporary SAHM makes it worse.😭
