Bashar Al-Assad killed over 600.000 innocent Syrian civilians. Some methods of these killings included Chemical attacks, barrel bombings and torture to death. Many of these crimes filmed by Assad's army itself! But there is no ICC arrest warrant for him? Strange. 🙄
