No, artificially engineering EMP events and artificial aurora are not 'the stuff of HAARP conspiracy theories'. Point one, HAARP technology and its a-likes can create artificial auroras. That's not a theory it's a publicly known fact. It's also known that Operation Fishbowl in 1962 is factual.

There would certainly be peace if all the global smart technology was switched off in favor of wired and then all the other nefarious microwave/EMR/Optical technologies to follow..But that doesn't need the sun having a hissy fit for that to happen. Then add no artificially created EMPs or auroras.
