I’m just frustrated this has been going on since 2023 and a proper resolution still hasn’t happened. And they love to pick the worst times to go on strike (this one was actually a last minute decision too so I and other businesses alike had no time to properly prep for it)

I don’t think it’s acceptable to be ditching them at all lol, but it’s proving all the more reason why we need Canada Post recognized as an essential service and/or we need more than one carrier for standard mail.

I mean, no one should imo.But business is business.You make a purchase you pay the fees.

Aside from that though, it’s the volume of the invoices that is overwhelming them right now. Simple click of a button,yes but EVERYONE is now shipping with them while our regular Post is down here in Canada.

On the bright side there is stuff I really want to create right now, finally. Unfortunately it does require money to produce so I’m just…holding out. Trying to pump my work out, host a couple streams a week again until that can happen.

I’m just venting out of frustration. I’m annoyed with this plus myself for just not working fast enough so I can be taking frequent work again. It’s been an incredibly hard struggle this year wanting to make art. Like…the worst for inspiration. I’m just stressed about everything all the time

I love my shop especially cause I have no room in my queue to take on more digital work at the moment…the shop helps a lot for trickle income to cover basic stuff throughout the month. I’m just so annoyed all this is happening and really screwing over small businesses.
