Oredev Conference 2025 - Day 1
Here are my highlights from the first day of the 2025 Öredev Conference. Aside from some key takeaways from the talks, I include useful resources that the speakers recommend.

I liked how @martin-n.bsky.social encourages his team to use Quality Criteria to categorises bugs and test cases.

Useful for teams to see what types of risks are being addressed (and in turn what are not covered).

Need to talk to my husband about what I learned at @jrosaproenca.bsky.social ’s talk, as I think he would be find this super interesting.

Not as much relevant for me in my current role but taking notes so I can try tell him as much as possible.

If you work with software development I think you should buy Ash Winter and Robert Meaney's book Team Guide to Software Testability.

You go a conference and your manager asks you what did you pick up from there. Please note that ‘I need to read the slides’ is not a great response. They usually want to know if anything was good enough to catch attention to remember.

Being happy you got out, go where contents are interesting.
