Ich kenne viele aus den USA, die schon vor Jahren an einem Job in Deutschland interessiert waren. Nach einem Blick auf Salär und Arbeitsbedingungen war das Interesse schnell verflacht. Insbesondere für die Post-doc / pre-Prof-Phase rate ich allen vom deutschen Arbeitsmarkt ab.
