It seems like she didn't really deserve it either. I mean, what else does she think she would have to promise him and give up on behalf of the Venezuelan people in order to secure his support (i.e. be his puppet)? That's one tainted medal at this point.

There is no authority for a $100,000 fee. The administration playbook, whether humanitarian, family, or employment immigration: isssue clearly illegal/unconstitutional policies knowing they will fall, but causing as much damage as possible in the meantime.
