Not sure why our friends from the #USA can’t get your heads round #BeansOnToast. Got to be savoury #UK beans (not sweet), with a splash of olive oil & lots of black pepper. Thick sliced white or wholemeal toast. Real butter and a pot of tea. Nothing better for breakfast on a cold Winter morning.

I love my mobile phone. It's so useful in so many different ways. However there's one thing I do that I'm not sure many others do. I turn off ALL of my notifications. Just can't stand a phone that nags at me all the time, "Look at this. Have you seen this"? No thanks. I'll look when I'm ready
