Further @eir update. Pmd me saying they would look in to it and then came back and said it would be 5 wrking days. They caused the problem and won’t prioritise . Will be with out a service for 2 wks. I wouldn’t touch this crowd with a barge pole and will be seeking a new provider Monday🤬

@eir installed fibre broadband Xmas eve which dropped within minutes of the tech leaving. No internet since then at all. Now eir tells me it will take 5 working days to fix it. Any ideas for a better provider? Simply appallingly bad service
