It was *slightly less* of a garbage fire. The main difference is that they had grammar on their side. They still waged wars on false pretenses and operated torture chambers and black sites. Like Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo. Nothing to be proud off.

For sure, PHEV aren't the solution to anything except keeping the oil industry afloat.

Isn't that the old story that PHEV were getting a lot of support for fleet vehicle, so people who had no interest in the PHEV-ness of their car were provided with them, and NEVER charged the battery?

Et ben voilà, Macron n'a qu'à former un gouvernement de coalition avec ceux qui n'ont pas voté la censure. Ça me semble acceptablement centriste, ce qui est nettement mieux que l'option "Macron+LR avec soutien du Front National".
