Been playing Expedition 33 for a few hours yesterday and I gotta say: Now I get why it won GOTY 2025. Silksong is a well crafted game that remixes the original mechanics, Hades II has masterful gameplay and chatacter interactions, but E33 takes all that a step further. Beautiful stuff

Absolutely adore it when Sci-fi games present you with an unknown species or technology, being unable to understand it, and then you're granted all the knowledge of that said species/technology, then game simply starts referring to everything by its proper name and function. It's such a cool thing.
