Although it feels like it could get messy since -

-Creation and destruction aren’t confirmed
-amber is artificial
-if shadowis here, light should be too?

Yes and Tommy’s words support the argument that garmadon doesn’t have an elemental power (Tommy argued that he had an elemental essence)

But in your first reply, you argued that garmadon does have a power and that he used it in season 8
