This is yet another painful reminder to us all just how much of a disconnect there is between Twitch as a platform and its streamers. I'm so sorry this happened.

Thankfully thab had contacts who knew staff members, they escalated our tickets, which fixed things for shovda and me. If it weren't for friends, I would not have my account back. This has been a very revealing experience as to how much Twitch cares about supporting their account users.

My Twitch account was hacked, and a hacker is masquerading as a partnered account on Twitch. Twitch won't do anything to help fix this. How many more of us need to be hacked and lose everything until they decide to help restore our accounts?
