I started playing ball hockey recently and last night I blocked a shot with my leg for the first time!! I felt pretty badass.

The bruise is kinda high up so I'm not gonna post a photo but it looks roughly like this

I don’t disagree at all. I think though that sometimes, a smaller force can have an outsized effect if applied at the right point, and this might be one of those points for this space.

I get it. This initiative in particular is spearheaded by trans designers who work at Wizards and come from the player community, and I hope that its success helps them in their internal efforts to push wotc in the right direction

Full disclosure: I spent a couple of hours sorting out a bluetooth issue and getting Steam to work properly, but now everything is running beautifully :3 it's kinda crazy like I'm just telling my computer what to do and it does it?? I can just type "sudo reboot" into a box and it reboots?? Wizardry

I was worried but it was easy - though I use Mac OS half the time anyway so it’s not that much harder to switch again. I’m sure there are distros that are basically the same as Windows, UI-wise

I think they’ve made it a lot easier now but depends on what you are trying to use. I already use GIMP and DaVinci Resolve which are Linux friendly, and google docs, and the games I play should be ok with Proton

I just don't trust them at all on any security, even before all the forced AI stuff. And Windows is so bloated and the interface is awful. Like how many control panels do you need in an OS?? Why is the answer infinity??

Yeah I realised that I already used open source almost everything (GIMP etc) and I don't even use office lmao. So there's no real reason other than games and I don't play that many anyway. My friend suggested Fedora because I like MacOS and I'm really enjoying it (just trying it from USB stick)
