Made with lasagna noodles, roasted butternut squash, mozzarella, ricotta, spinach, olive oil, lemon juice, & seasonings. With a sauce made with flour, milk, garlic, and butter.
Received high praise from everyone!

I loved Wicked: For Good so much. The way that they enhanced the story, I felt a connection to the characters and the story that I hadn't felt seeing the musical. Seeing their emotions up close and personal was so deep and moving. And the music omg.

This week's recipe is cheesecake cupcakes/cake. Made with eggs, butter, sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, salt, with a crushed graham cracker base. Cupcakes topped with raspberries, then I added some cinnamon to the cake.

Impossible Beef coated in a cornmeal, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder mix, cooked in canola oil.

Made a couple spooky themed dishes this week to go along with the season. Spider muffins made with muffin mix, avocado oil, oat milk, egg, semi-sweet chocolate chips, vanilla frosting, Oreos, black icing for the legs, and candy eyes. The most amazing sweet flavor that has ever entered my mouth.
