Since I usually start any month on whatever day the first Sunday is, I have 19 days to lose 10-11 lbs. The first Sunday of January is on the 4th. My goal is to go into the new year at 200 lbs.

I have already made it known that next year going forward, twice a month I'm going to treat myself by taking myself out. Which I tried to do this year. I'm going to try and go to more black owned places.

I just came from the nail salon and I got a gel manicure/pedicure and my eyebrows done for $95. That nail tech will be my nail tech going forward. She was taking her time and she was gentle. She earned the $10 i tipped

The end of the month weigh in and I'm 210 lb. Within 1 1/2-2 weeks I've lost 7 lbs and part of that was because I was sick and couldn't eat much. My appetite is back but I've also learned and trained myself not to eat after a certain time to control myself.
212 lb.....I'm so excited
I'm 214 as of tonight. I have been fluctuating between 217-220 since July and 4 months later I'm down 3-6 lbs. I'm aiming to be 200 at the beginning of 2026

Well.....I'm 220 lbs. I'm not even mad. I'm happy I'm maintaining and will continue to lose weight

I love how every account I make due to not being able to login to a previous account(i.e tik Tok, Instagram or X) the accounts I followed on the previous accounts pop up on my fyps new account every time without me having to search for them. It's like I'm meant to follow those creators/people.

I was told that if I'm not working on Sunday, then I need to find something to do. I said bet. Do I have a time I need to be back. No response. Cool. Don't be mad when I am gone all day enjoying my me time.

I'm realizing that going into the new year I will only have to pay the MVA and a 5 year old credit card bill. All other bills will be taken care of before this year ends

I'm going to say it now. I really am about to go into another year with my own car(full tank), place(rent paid on time), job(been at for 7 years), bills paid a month in advance and 2 pieces of debt. I do feel blessed.

Since I'm at the point where I couldn't do something because of constantly being cancelled on/financial reasons over the years and knowing I won't have the energy or emotions to continue to do it going forward, I want to end my year off with going to a Christmas play.
