Day 3: Itβs the first morning Iβve gone to the gym while fasting. It was quite interesting. I def felt a bit weaker than usual. Lol. Got a little light headed in the sauna, but it was great overall.

Day 2: Social media taunts me with videos of food. All I can think about is what I should eat after I break my fast. π Every time I feel hungry, I drink water. And it only holds off the cravings for a bit.
