We have all the puzzle pieces. Zaen smuggles fel relics from the Broken Isles by stacking the Silvermoon Harbor with his own smugglers. The relics are processed in Murder Row, then fel magic is infused into mana wyrms for sale and siphoning. All for the sake of power by those who fear the Void.
Such a convoluted operation might be impressive, if the goals weren't so foolish.
Let us end it. We'll find the Illicit Rain in Murder Row and clear it out.

If it's not Silvermoon's Sanctum trying in vain to maintain legitimacy in face of the overwhelming failure of curtailing the Murder Row nonsense I will throw a fit. Bad enough to once again get thrown under the bus, to show there's no 'good ones' trying despite the rep about them is just bad writing

I'm sorry, is the Sanctum of Silvermoon somehow being thrown to the felhounds and forgotten? Forbidden Fel magics?! How much of the population still has glowing green eyes? The Alliance is letting in Man'ari demons and Silvermoon is outlawing one of the few magics that kept their people sane?!
