So theoretically even if someone had illegally entered the country. How the fuck is it legal to send them to some prison operated by a foreign country on our behalf?

Could states create an agency whose job it was to protect people living in those states from being harassed by ICE? Obviously you would have to make it more broadly about protecting peoples rights or something.

I'm wondering what needs to be done to change the math around lying to the general public for political or financial gain. How can we make it so it doesn't provide the advantage it currently does?

As an engineer we had to take an ethics course so we understood the negative impact we could have on people if we make unethical decisions. I've always wondered if people with business focused degrees have to do something similar?
