You mean his look in the Kingdom of Red artstyle ? Ah he was cute but I think my favorite artstyle is still Memory of Red. He keeps this iconic cool design he had in K, but he looks like his age (24). It shows better how young they all were to deal with something so big

What ends me the most in the anime is the freaking fanservice, who isn't even that much present in the mangas 😭 Also I was wondering, did you read Kingdom of Red too ? It's about how the og HOMRA trio met ! It was such a treat

Yes there is something so unique about it ! So sweetly, sadly, melancholic. Ah, I miss them and I wished more people knew of how deep this whole serie is

YES That's what I've been saying ! The way K-Project portrays grief hits like a train. You can feel how pained Mikoto is, or Kusanagi after he loses the both of them. They don't even cry, but there's something in their eyes, in the expressions- Gosh. It gets me everytime.

And it's so emotional, to see Mikoto, usually so tough and rough, being so tender. A last moment of softness before wrath takes him away too.

Mikoto had already taken Totsuka's earing in that scene. He didn't need to lean in and brush his ear again. But still did it, to linger in this last moment, in this last instant, in this last touch.

The prequels manga are absolutely life-shattering. They still haunt me to this day. Something about K-Project panels feels so, so nostalgic and melancholic
