The Cambodian Defense Ministry said three Cambodians were walking along an embankment inside Cambodian territory when Thai forces opened fire, injuring two. The troops then shot at innocent civilians sitting nearby, injuring one and one being killed immediately.

Today marks 100 days since 18 Cambodian soldiers were captured and detained in Thailand. Despite progress since the peace accord signed in Malaysia and the Thai PM’s pledge to release them, they remain in captivity.
