Hubs bought me an ammo crate at Rural King (I requested one).
No ammo going into it, but I was thinking it could be for medications. Just basic Tylenol, aspirin, Advil, calamine, Benadryl. Shit we'd miss if things went really badly. Nice waterproof box.

Guys, make sure you don't have a spare smoke alarm. Hubs pulled the "cheeping" alarm off the wall and took it apart to play with its insides. Then we heard another cheep. There was a whole other smoke detector in our pantry with a dying 9-volt.
We're ordering new smoke and CO detectors for home and the office. Our "10 year battery" smoke detector that's only 3 years old is cheeping. And we have 0 detectors of any kind at the office, which seems kind of terrible given some of the flammable shit we have.

If there's one thing I wish I could do for my own sanity, it'd be throwing my dude's bluetooth speaker out. He pops it on and it's all POWER ON AUXILIARY INPUT MODE and it's like nails on a chalkboard and there's no option to turn it down/off.
