He rebuilt PhatPost with his boilerplate BulletLaunch, and we renamed it Typoro.

I spent quite a bit of the down time over Xmas thinking about my plans for 2025 and my longer term strategy.
I don't want to rush this process as it's so important to pick the right course.
I'm excited to get back to work though.

Today I made a funny video for my friend's birthday. I used 4 different AI models including training a custom one on his face, creating music, and then edited it in Final Cut.

I have a popup on my boilerplate website which shows when a user has clicked "Get template" so I can collect their details (as the Bubble marketplace doesn't give me any details of who buys my stuff).
