Because so many people who didn't like either party refused to vote, the Republicans got in and are starting to ruin your country. If you don't vote for the lesser evil, you might just end up with the greater. Which is worse?🤔

Avaaz has started a petition to all world leaders to stop supporting Russia's obscene war on Ukraine. Any country that buys and sells anything to Russia is supporting the murder and maiming of innocent men, women, and children in Ukraine. Demand that your government stop doing this.

Here in southwestern BC, Canada, we are suffering the worst drought on record, and instead of building desalinization plants and water pipelines, our governments are building oil pipelines and supporting fracking. Criminal insanity!

I met with a diverse group of people who are very concerned with what we humans are doing to the only planet where we can live. I see almost none of this concern here on Bluesky. Aren't people on this site aware that we have some horrendous issues facing us that need to be fixed ASAP?

The world rose up to fight fascism in the second world war. We need to rise up once again, but not with war as a medium. But we have to do this, and soon.

I am curious as to anybody on this medium is concerned about how human activity is making our only planet uninhabitable for us and for many other species. Am I the only one?

Don't buy anything that has palm oil in it. In fact call the company and tell them you won't buy any of their products until they find a safe and sane oil to use. Unless of course, there is no other option. (There's always another option.)
