Romeo has an unrequited crush on Mono and as his mental health was quickly dwindling. Hes been obsessively drawing Mono for months on end, earlier he was caught by Billy, who questioned him and was visibly disgusted by his behavior.

Romeo was hurt by this but he continued to draw Mono, hoping it'll improve his mood.
'So hard to concentrate. Dammit Billy.'
The memory of Billy's face swarms his mind.
'Why did you look at me like that?'
'What did I do to make you hate me?'

'Hnngh, And I can't draw him right.'
'I Hate This.'
'I Hate This!'

He asks the drawing-
'What do I do Mono.'
And it answers, It's face shifting into something sinister.
'YOU'RE SO PATHETIC'
Romeos eyes lighten up in surprise.
'QUIT BEING OBTUSE, YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHY EVERYONE HATES YOU.'
'BILLY HAS EVERY REASON TO DESPISE YOU.'
'YOU'RE A FREAK.'

The drawing, somehow moving on its own, reaches its hand out, And is escaping out of the drawing into reality?
Romeo couldn't believe what he was seeing and watched in disbelief.
'WHAT, SHOCKED?'
'DIDN'T YOU CALL FOR ME?'
Romeo quietly spurts 'uh'
'IT'S FUNNY THAT YOU THOUGHT YOU EVER HAD A CHANCE WITH ME.'
'SOMEONE SO WORTHLESS.'

He just stares up at the now living drawing in shock and confusion.
He whispers
'you're-, i'm confused-'

The drawing shows whats supposed to be Romeo's fantasy, Romeo and Mono mimicking the titanic pose poorly done in that 70s yaoi ass style.
'THIS IS WHAT YOU WANTED?'
'THIS CORNY SHIT?'
'THATS HILARIOUS!'

'A SELFISH PRICK LIKE YOU DESERVES NOTHING. CAUSE IN THE END, YOU'LL NEVER BE GOOD ENOUGH.'
'JUST GIVE UP'
Romeo holds back tears, but he couldn't take it anymore.
'I know.'
'I know i'll never be yours, it hurts.'
'yet-'
'and yet.'
'I selfishly want you.'

The scene moves to a memory of his, he had a crush on Mono since he first met him in high school, they were friends, and he even got his phone number.
Romeo fell in love with him, but despite this, he saw himself as unlovable. So he never confessed his feelings to him.

'Mono, what would you think of me if I told you how i truly felt?'
'Disgust?'
'You would be disgusted.'
'Yet here I am, fantasizing about you again.'

The Figure changes again, it's face warps to resemble more of Monos. It then caresses Romeos face, pulling him closer.
'It's funny isn't it?'
'Despite all these years, I haven't changed.'
'I love you, and im sorry.'
The drawing embracing Romeo as he reaches close to it's face, going for a kiss.
'I wish I could hold onto you, and never let go.'
'I dont want to..'
'let go-'
He was then interrupted by someone calling out for him.
