Just to clear up any confusion, we are business as normal worldwide! The only country we have had to suspend shipping to is the USA. Our website and store are still wide open otherwise!

This plan was to house convention stock in the USA to attend conventions with physical merchandise. It's independent of our online website I'm afraid.

We ship everything from Vancouver, BC. We (currently) utilize a border service that allows us to send US packages domestically within the USA as we are so close to the border.

Canada/USA shipments (for now) are domestic to us, anything else is international.

And just for EXTRA clarity, we want to stress that we do want to continue business as normal in the USA and are going to work around the clock to make this happen.

We don’t use Canada Post. We use USPS from within Canada as several border-proximity small businesses do.

It’s too much to fit into a social media post, but yes we’ve been poring over this extensively. This is the conclusion as of now.

Volatility and infrastructure. Given how rapidly changing all of this is, our team of two is already doing its best to keep up and at this time not even our carriers are sure of how we can implement this process. It's a "Wait and see" scenario as we watch it play out.

Sadly not - Our underwear is non-USMCA trade compliant as it’s not manufactured in Mexico or Canada. So even if USMCA endures, our underwear will have an extra 40% tacked on at some point.

We’re figuring out what to do about this as quickly as we can.
