Icing on the cake? I've just finally gotten to the end of the process and they're recommending I go speak to ASUS instead because it's actually an ASUS branded AMD card. This is insane.

It's so frustrating because I've been debugging this thing since the day I bought it, and periodically trying to get it RMA'd and then being exhausted by the process. Now it's going to be out of warranty very soon.

I'll probably never buy AMD again at this rate.

I've been asked to reinstall windows, update to windows 11, update my BIOS, reset my CMOS, re-seat the card, reinstall it in another computer...
They are so extremely reluctant to accept this is faulty hardware that I'm starting to suspect a conspiracy.

AMD Support seems purposefully designed to delay and defer a support request. It seems to include unnecessary, complicated, and time consuming testing steps to make it as difficult as possible. These requests seem unreasonable for an end user to complete, and not even related to the issue.
