JD Vance & Stephen Miller, your call to bring the weight of the federal government down on left-wing networks is chilling for those of us who care about free speech & echoes the Palmer raids & Red Scare of 1919 for students of American history. A dark day.

Scientific research is how we progress as a society. To eliminate research is to get rid of our ability to improve medical operations, cure cancers, and other diseases. Along with improving public health, environmental health, building energy efficiency, and so so much more.

Oh so the president could release secret files if he wanted to, you say?

This is an absolute tragedy. Public radio gives people news, weather, and natural disaster alerts. This congress continues to show how much they don't care about peoples availability to be safe and informed. Alerts save lives, and they don't care if we have them.

Ahead of Democrats’ planned effort to force a vote in the Rules Committee on the Khanna-Massie bill compelling the release of the Epstein files, Republicans are now refusing to have Rules even MEET to avoid having to block the files YET AGAIN. What are they hiding?

Congrats to Lisa Murkowski on voting for a bill that she herself admitted was not ready in hopes that the House would change it. Now it’ll become law. She had the power to stop it, and instead chose to become complicit. That’s her legacy.

I am grieving the barbarism that is going to unfurl from all this. People are going to die. Livelihoods gone. All to feed a corrupt kleptocracy.

I see every day up close how different it is from the first time around. There are no guardrails. A disaster. I’m sorry we have to live through this.

Alligator Alcatraz IS a concentration camp, and they absolutely ARE planning genocide and ‘ethnic cleansing.’

As a white person, i don’t know what I can do to help, but if all I have is my voice, I will make sure it’s heard.

The bill that passed is a betrayal to every American. Don't be fooled. The most devastating portions don't go into effect until AFTER 2026 and 2028 elections. Every republican that voted for this bill sold their soul to the devil to give millionaires tax cuts and take Healthcare away from millions.

Also don't forget, these protests were and are peaceful. Bringing in military force will escalate any situation.

What's happening in LA is a move by a fascist government. Using the military against people using their 1st Amendment rights. Trump was okay with his base protesting and rioting for him on January 6th. Injuring capital police and hanging a gallow, threatening public officials' lives.

FUCK FORCED BIRTH
I know we’re all feeling overwhelmed and despairing. What’s happening to this country—not just on abortion rights, but with everything—is soul-wrenching.

But as tempting as it is to stew in that sadness, I’m asking us all to stand up and snap out of it. Because this issue needs us right now.
Wake the Hell Up
Democrats think abortion is a dead issue. They need a reality check.

Women are stripped of their humanity. Of their choice. This woman is dead. And instead of allowing her family to grieve, Georgia law is forcing this family to watch her be an incubator. When we say that we are losing our rights- this is what we are talking about.
The state of Georgia is keeping a deceased Black woman’s corpse hooked up to machines against her family’s wishes because she was 9 weeks pregnant and they cannot let them shut off the machines b/c it violates their anti-abortion laws

“ITS TORTURE,” says her family

They don't see women as people. This woman is being used as an incubator against her families and her consent.
Horrific cruelty. These fascists don’t see women as human beings, but as incubators. Beyond absurd.
