Pretty much all agents want the first pages - if that’s a prologue, send it. (Even if they call it “first 1-3 chapters”)

But since “to prologue or not” is indeed a bit of a hot topic as your other reply said, make sure to evaluate if the prologue is necessary and elevates your story before sending
