Hoo, tell me about it. Therapy is a gamble, journaling has [me] thinking in circles, seld-help media wants to sell you something, and chatbots could very well lead one down worse paths. Sometimes the best [I] can do is distract and disociate. Gets me through the lowest-lows, at least
