I think adding caramelised onions to the mash for my cottage pie was a minor mistake, still tasty but not up to my normal standards, fortunately I'm only cooking for myself this weekend.
However, I will do this mash again as I think it would be perfect with some very good quality pork sausages.

If the weather in Winchester is the same as Reading cancelling today's plans was definitely the right call, it wouldn't have been good for Mrs Tales' cold.

I'm doing at least one 25 minute session on the elliptical trainer most days, some days I get in two.
