I'm curious to hear from anyone in other countries with the experience of going from a semi-functioning democracy to a dictatorship.
How did you handle that? What did you hold on to? What advice do you have for us?

As an ER NP I really didn’t think things could be worse than the Covid years. I struggled with my mental health. I almost left the healthcare field after 24 years. Now our country faces some challenges and somber times ahead. We can only pray we make it through the next 4 years.
