Is there anything more Canadian than maple syrup? These crisp late-winter days in March mean one thing—it’s time to tap some trees! Sugar Maples offer the sweetest reward, but Red Maples can be tapped too. Fun fact it takes 40L of sap for 1L of syrup, so patience is key.
