Couch to 5K routines work. There are multiple apps that will do it. The hardest part is establishing the routine. It gets easier, but it's always hard. You've got this.

A little underwhelming right now, but we'll see what happens throughout the day. It did go from bare ground to a couple inches though, and it's the smaller flakes, not lake effect

I once took a mindfulness class to deal with depression. I learned that I controlled what I put into my body, which included information. I slowed down on consuming lengthy analysis and stuck to headlines, drilling down when interested. I felt better. It was an exercise in touching grass.
