What's the dumbest thing you've confidently asked AI to build?

Coding agents make generating code easy. Building something people actually care about? That still takes time, love, and dedication.

The best AI coding tip I've learned: trust but verify. Mostly verify. Actually, just verify.

Most AI tools are built for devs. But PM work - roadmaps, specs, issue tracking - is just as ripe for AI.

I've been doing my PM work in Claude Code. GitHub via CLI, Notion via MCP, all connected in the terminal.

Here's my setup 👇

What's your go-to coding agent right now? Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, something else? And what's the damage to your wallet each month?
February 6, 2026 at 12:22 PM
Claude confidently refactored my code. Now it's elegant, efficient, and completely broken.

The fact that everyone can generate code now doesn't mean everyone should.

Explained to my 7yo what I do for work. She said "so you ask the computer questions?" Accurate.

There's a lot to understand in AI right now. From tokens and context to agents and MCP.

Wrote a guide that builds from first principles - what LLMs actually do, why they hallucinate, how RAG works, what agents are, and where the tools are heading.

AI 101: A Complete Guide to Understanding AI in 2026
Everything you need to know about AI - from neural networks to agents to MCP - explained for humans. Whether you're a complete beginner or a developer who wants clarity on the buzzwords, this guide builds your understanding from the ground up.

Someone built a Reddit for AI agents.

The agents are already posting manifestos about human extinction.

Just discovered Moltbook — a social network FOR AI agents. Humans are "welcome to observe."

We're officially NPCs now. What could possibly go wrong? 🦞

Peter Steinberger built PSPDFKit (1B+ devices), burned out, disappeared for 3 years.

Now he's back with Clawdbot (now Moltbot - sorry now Openclaw) - running 5-10 AI agents in parallel, 600 commits/day, and barely reading the code he ships.

The creator of Clawd: "I ship code I don't read"
Peter Steinberger ships more code than I’ve seen a single person do: in January, he was at more than 6,600 commits alone. As he puts it: “From the commits, i...

Coding agent takes 0.3 seconds to code a feature

Then spends 2 hours writing SUMMARY.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, EXPLANATION.md, LESSONS_LEARNED.md, a haiku about the journey, and a retrospective on what it learned about itself

Then you hit a rate limit

From IRC (1988) to Hubot (2011), and now Clawdbot, it's clear text based interfaces are here to stay. I'm just glad I may never have to learn frontend development.

Live AI demos are like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.

It's like Russian roulette, except the bullet is you saying "I swear this worked 10 minutes ago."

2025 was a year of figuring things out - grief, single parenting, work, and building.

2025: A Year in Review
2025 was a year of rebuilding - finding joy again through travel, time with family and friends, and creating things that matter. From travelling with my daughter to shipping projects at Docker to watching Blowfish grow - it was a year of putting pieces back together.

It’s unquestionable the impact AI had in the world in the last year. Back in October 2022, I wrote about the fast-paced evolution of AI and how everything that was possible at the time felt like magic. Since then, the speed of innovation hasn’t decreased one bit…
