It is the most disadvantaged in our society that bear the brunt.
I's too late to give support once orgs have shut the doors. It'll be too little too late and ultimately cost more.

🚨 56% of ready meals contain excessive levels of salt, new @ActionSaltSugar report finds.

An analysis of 1,500 ready meals from 11 major retailers has revealed worryingly levels of salt, saturated fat and fibre, putting many consumers at risk.

This wk, we delivered our last sessions this year, supporting people living with type 2 diabetes 💫

We've met some lovely people and were looking forward to starting again in January 🥳

This healthy dessert was gifted to us by one of our participants! Yoghurt, Weetabix, berries, nuts & seeds 😋🙏

⭐️ Began trading 2019 just before Covid hit! 🤦‍♀️
⭐️ We've grown yr on yr 📈
⭐️ Mainly with no more than 2 full-time staff members!
⭐️ We're moving office soon!
⭐️ We work very hard! 😅
⭐️ So today we're relaxing 😁
