Slow, but steady gains — new treatment, new diet, lots of electrolytes — almost no altitude sickness for the first time in Colorado! Grateful I felt well enough to explore Garden of the Gods and more excited for future excursions 🙏

Artists, actors, writers, devs, etc etc:

find a way to find your own intrinsic value, who you are outside of your creative profession, or it will chew you up and spit you.

If you are only happy when you get a role/commission/gig/whatever, and miserable otherwise, you're gambling with endorphins
