Beautiful. I had a similarly radiant walk at the lake this morning.
The Sheldrakes are fascinating. I read a couple of Ruperts books years ago and found them thoughtful and thought provoking. I enjoy some of Cosmos's music and I've been meaning to read Merlin's mushroom book for a while.

When you think of it they’re saving the trees some trouble. They were going to drop their leaves slowly one by one and let them glide gracefully anyway. This is way more efficient
me: I’m so tired of the news. I think I’ll walk to the woods and listen for migrating birds

😢 I would have chosen not to see this or better, I would have liked to think if a way to stop it.
