Two things are true: Lawler is wrong and he's an idiot. He likes bombing boats without proof of wrongdoing. And he says his betters need to show proof before saying it's OK to follow the law. #NY17

Remember when Mike Lawler said we would get over $14,000 more in take home pay? He lied to us.

Mike Lawler is a tone deaf buffoon. His failure to lead in congress and instead cede his co-equal power to Trump has made tariffs possible and everything less affordable. On the world stage we are less competitive and weaker than ever. Because Lawler enables it. #NY17

CBS is parroting the Trump Regime's misleading claim that the cost of Thanksgiving is less this year. This is true if you buy less and switch from name brands to generic.

Pretty much every economist and most Republicans agree tariffs are stupid. But the mad king has decreed it, so Mike Lawler is defending it. #NY17

#NY17's Mike Lawler has openly applauded Trump's extra-judicial murders in international waters. It won't be enough to vote Lawler out. We need to hold him accountable. Thanks to @sykescharlie.bsky.social

Silence is complicity, Mike Lawler. It won't be enough to vote you out. We will hold you accountable. #NY17

Oh, this explains why Mike Lawler is all-in on the corruption of the Trump admin.

Don't forget #NY17. The only reason feckless Mike Lawler is in office is because of redrawn lines in 2021. There is no reason for NY State to fight red states with one hand tied.
So redistricting in NY is a long, legislative process that wouldn’t bear fruit until 2028.

But @marcelias.bsky.social has no patience for that.

Today he filed suit to immediately redraw #NY11 which is held by GOP Rep. Nicole Malliotakis.

Mike Lawler is financially ignorant or a Trump stooge. Either way he's unfit to represent #NY17.

#NY17's Mike Lawler was the most vocal proponent of Santos' expulsion. Trump effectively pardoned him, fitting a pattern of rampant corruption. Johnson was fine with that. Feckless coward Lawler hasn't said a word since.

Republicans passed a MASSIVE tax cut for billionaires, adding over $3 trillion to the natl. debt. They added $1 trillion alone since August. The House GOP and Mike Lawler are derelict in their duty, ceding power of the purse to the most corrupt administration in history. #NY17

The House GOP, including #NY17's Mike Lawler is fully brain-dead at this point. You could pull the plug on them and not see any noticeable difference.

#NY17's Mike Lawler supports all of this. He must, right? Otherwise he would say something.
Things my political comm class wanted to talk about yesterday:

-Binance guy pardon & Trump family corruption
-Trump wants 230 million from the American people
-Trump tore down the White House
-High cost of groceries & power bills
-High default rate on auto loans
-Bad job market
-National debt up

The government is shut down and Trump is building himself a gilded billionaire ballroom with our tax dollars. Where is Mike Lawler? On paid vacation so he can cover up the pedophilia. #NY17

The Senate is turning a blind eye on Trump's military overreach, and in the House Mike Lawler is openly cheering murder on the high seas. Despite a clear lack of evidence, and no diplomacy whatsoever, he thinks it's awesome and wants to see more. www.axios.com/2025/10/23/r...

The government is closed. Trump is building himself a $300 million Epstein ballroom with our tax money, and Lawler is on week 5 of paid vacation. That's what happens when we elect Republicans.

This is f*ing outrageous. Trump is using the federal government as his personal ATM putting working American family tax dollars into his own pockets as families struggle to keep the lights on, put food on the table, and pay for their healthcare. Utter bullshit.
