OTD in 2022, I (owner of NZP) as the field coordinator for NHP at Western University (my job at the time), led a small team of 3 in the field & managed to recover 🇨🇦 largest hailstone near Markerville, AB. This broke the previous 1973 record in SK both in weight & size. A record still in place today.

Busy year: 31 chase days, 29,770km worth of driving across TX/AR/OK/NM/KS/CO/MO/IA/MI/ON/NY/OH, 6 tornadoes, strongest being an EF2, and finding a 102mm hailstone in MI, just shy of the state record. This video is a brief resume of the season.
