All I can say is for folks to take public transportation to the No Kings rallies and turn off your phone’s cell service and internet service while you are there unless an emergency arises. They’ll be logging your cell phone and reading your license plates. You can video and post afterwards.

The remnants of Typhoon Halong battered western Alaska overnight. Homes, with people in them, have literally been swept into the Bering Strait.

At least 20 are missing. No comment from any federal agency.

In at least 2 of the cases I read, the owners of the businesses followed all the rules, including using the Government’s E-Verify system for every employee. The systems are useless as it’s fairly easy to fake credentials that pass.

I thought this must be mistaken report as AARP just isn’t that large an organization. It would warp their financials. Here’s their financial filing, they mention it on page 15. They amortized the income over the life of the agreement so it doesn’t show in the numbers. www.aarp.org/content/dam/...

A few elections ago I was VERY involved with CISA and their efforts to ensure a secure election. Under Chris Krebs this was a completely nonpartisan, all hands on deck effort where they called in the best of the best. This week Trump gutted CISA, and a Republican election denier bought Dominion 1/
